    Good evening @PrettyBubbles, once again my game is freezing. It started Monday evening & throughout the day on Tuesday. I have powered my device off & on several times & it hasn't helped. I was in second place in the tournament & finished 3rd (which I'm happy to finish in top 3) but the game is freezing with each play which costs an attempt on the level & a lot of time powering my device off & on. I am also losing boosters each time I power on & off. Also, Tricksies is my current bonus play & there is only one player competing with me instead 4-5. This happened the last time that I played Tricksies. Finally, the new Astral League challenges start within a few hours after the previous one ends & there is nothing showing in my game. As you know I am a long time player with my current status is level 3700 & I've not missed a day in 598 days but this freezing issue & the loss of boosters is very frustrating. As the world is getting vaccinated & back to normal unfortunately, due to complicated health issues I can not receive a vaccine & will continue to be isolated at home for the foreseeable future. Playing BW3 is relaxing & keeps my mind active. I hope that you can advise as to how to solve the freezing issues & I know that you are not able to restore the boosters that I have lost.     Hi @MicheleHogg I really think this must be a device issue as everything you mention are not any known issues.

    With the tricksies this can happen if players selected just do not wish to play I am currently playing with only 2 others ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘

    Good morning @PrettyBubbles, my Husband is an IT guy & he has tested my device several times & all seems to be working the way that it should.     @PrettyBubbles My device is running latest version of software, all functions are fully operational & my game is still freezing. Is it possible to uninstall/re install without losing my progress? Thanks

    Hi @MicheleHogg We never reccomend it unless all trouble shooting has failed.

    Also you did try an uninstall previously and didn't clear it for you.

    When we checked your ID it showed your progress was saved via face book so once you play a level and close your game and restart your device as you know it restores your levels as this is what happened last time.

    Facebook are always producing problems with freezing and receiving lives.

    Have you thought about moving to mobile or windows 10 are much more efficient than the Facebook platform ๐ŸŒŸ๐Ÿ‘

    @PrettyBubbles thanks for your suggestion! I was not aware that connecting through Facebook could be the cause of the freezing issues. Wondering why players are encouraged to connect/share link with FB if doing so creates issues like freezing & receiving/losing lives. I am not tec savvy but as I previously mentioned my Husband is a Net Ops Engineer. I will switch to my device operating system & hopefully this will solve my issues.     I presumed you would be ok as you said your husband was an expert.
