Is anyone else having trouble with the tree not showing up?

No @poorbabi2 since the revamp last week its decided to play us up.

If i close the game, the problem stay the same, even if I wipe all data for the appli when I reopen the game the boxes still stay blank.

Hi @psycobenj are you saying the tree does not show you flowers it only shows you blank squares meaning you are unable to participate in the wake the tree challange 🤔👍⭐

Yes @PrettyBubbles that's right, but it's blocked in thé tutorial as if it the first Time. But the tutorial come back many time and as long as there is at least one flower I can choose one, but when the tutorial appear with only blank square it's finish...

@psycobenj That usually happens if you dont immediately join and complete at least one flower as it means others have completed it very quickly which does happen sometimes 👍⭐

Hi guys!

I would like to thank you all for your patience while the studio has been looking into this issue some of you have experienced.

The good news is that the issue has been found and a fix is currently being worked on however, it will take some time.

Our lovely @PrettyBubbles will keep you all up to date as soon as we hear more about the fix 😉

In the meantime, for some players, it works if they restart the game app so it's worth giving that a try.

Hi @Aurora-4 @sylviaphoebe

Have you closed your game and then re opened it as this will bring the tree back into play you need to do this each time you have collected your rewards whilst we are waiting for a fix.

However, if you do this and the tree does not come back then it means you no longer have this feature as all features can come and go as the studio carries out a re shuffle occasionally so other players can have a turn to enjoy different features

Hopefully this is not the case and once you have followed my advice it will re appear 👍⭐
