In this case, you need to get in touch with our Player Support team so they can assist. You will have to do this directly from the game app.
When you open the game app, select the 3 lines and then Help Center:
Scroll down and select Privacy & Term at the bottom:
Next, select Terms of Use:
Last, select Contact Us and send them a message letting them know the error message you are getting and they should be able to assist 😉
