please let me know what app version is showing on your device
You can find this by going into your settings selecting your apps then select BW3 if you scroll down it will have version and the number of that version alongside it should be 7.20.88👍⭐

I cannot get past level 5605 cos it keeps on freezing. How do I fix this issue? I have the latest update and I have switched my device off and on.

from what I am seeing I have the latest version, but I still cannot play 5605. It freezes after one move. I just finished shutting down, waited over 2 minutes and restarted.5605 still freezes after the first move.

The studio is looking into improving the level and to help speed up the process, we could use your help by providing us with your Game ID so we can pass it on to the studio.
Open the game app, and select the 3 lines.
Select Profile or Connect. (this depends if you are connected or not).
Double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear and reveal your User ID.

Hi, I am having the same problem as bearbearbear with level 5605, after playing one bubble it locks. I have closed the app, I have looked for updates there are no more, I have closed all apps and switched off to no joy.
please can you help?

Hi! I'm also having the same issue as the others, level 5605 is freezing after 1 bubble.
My game version is 7.20.88 and my user ID is 11130662836. I have tried restarting my phone and the app multiple times.
