i hope you can help me. I have been trying to reset my password for my original king community account which is/was @llopez6715 yesterday when I tried to reset my password I kept getting an error message failed to authenticate. This happened before and @Crazy Cat Lad reset my community account password. I have posted a discussion in Saga.@kiara_wael responded saying I needed to contact player help center. I donβt know why I would need to contact player help center when it is the community password I need reset. Can you reset my password so that I can get back into my community account. If not can the badges that I had be moved to this account?

Hi @lalopez6715 I am a little confused as both your usernames are set up and both have your badges showing
You have more badges in this account than you do in your other one
Maybe I am missing something that you could explain further as both accounts are currently live π
It will not let me log into it.I go to the log in screen put in my username and password I get a message saying I was logged out do to a technical issue and to reset my password. I try to reset my password and I get an error message saying that it to authenticate my email or username not sure what it means. I just need the password reset. I know both accounts are live. I have been using this one more because when I sign out of it I sign on again the other one keeps causing problems with the password.
@lalopez6715 I think it would be easier for you to continue with the account that you can use currently as you are only supposed to have one live account running π
Can the badges be moved from the other account to this one? I donβt mind that as long as my badges and points carryover
Like I said I created this one because I was locked out of original one during the last season and crazy cat lad reset the password.
Hi @lalopez6715 we can not transfer badges from one account to another
Resetting your password would mean you had 2 live accounts whereas you can continue with your second account π
Can you reset the password it is not letting me reset it. I have tried over and over again
Hi @lalopez6715 I can't see any reason to doing that as in general you are only allowed 1 account which you currently have
So if it was reset you would have 2 accounts ππ
Then all points and badges are lost that is not fair. I earned them and now you are taking them away. Why canβt you transfer the badges if you wonβt reset the password. Do I have to do the badges over again? Some were related only to the vault challenge and Archie turtle.
