Hi @PrettyBubbles I get this message in blue background which is the same with the next one in red.
In the Microsoft Store the BWS is shown installed. What can happen to my progress, boosters, GBs and sturdust?
On the previous message you wrote "it is Microsoft that will need to fix this issue from there end".
So what do I do, wait until Microsoft corrects the problem? Did you contact Microsoft about this?
Do I have to contact someone and at what address?

@PrettyBubbles @Minatozaki, I have the same problem. For me it occurred yesterday for the first time. I can't open the game and get the same error message (in my language) that was already posted in English.
I'm playing on Win11 and downloaded the app from the Microsoft Store.
Of course, since I can't open the game, I can't play, get the daily reward or wake up the wise tree. I find it very annoying. Here is the error message (in my language):
The error message says: Check your account.
Bubble Witch 3 Saga is currently unavailable in your account. Make sure you're signed in to the Store and try again. Here is the error code in case you need it: 0x803f8001.
The error is only with BWS3, all other apps do not have the problem.
@auditinspeksi @choco95 @EzzaNZ @elirin @maf34100 @R3volut1on I have a solution. Not sure if it's available on Win10, I'm playing on Win11.
Go to Settings, Apps, Installed Apps, Bubble Witch 3 Saga. Then scroll down to the menu item "Reset". The text says: If this app does not work correctly, it can be tried to repair it. The data of the app remain unaffected.
I then clicked "Repair" and it helped. I can open the app again.
