Yes you should be able to change your ingame photo as you should see a camera icon and an edit tab I see you don't have those features

Can you please select the word king within the page you screenshoted this will reveal your ID I can then have this looked in for you 💓

@lisadh @PrettyBubbles I had a player with the same theme in Blossom Blast Saga and I reported it as a bug. I then learned from the studio that some tests are currently underway for this feature and that the camera icon (where you click up to change your avatar in the game) has been removed. That's why it's not a mistake.

Once the tests are complete, it will again be possible to change the avatar in the game. The expected date is to be in July.

@PrettyBubbles, you couldn't have known that either. By the way, in Blossom Blast Saga the camera icon has disappeared on all platforms, while in BWS3 it is still present on the Windows app. Here is my example of BWS3 / Windows:

On Android, I still have the camera icon in BWS3. Maybe it's a bug after all and only iOS devices are affected. Let's see what our manager answers.

@lisadh did you also read that it is still possible to change the avatar in Bubble Witch 3 on Windows (app from the Microsoft Store) and on Android?

In Blossom Blast Saga, it is disabled on ALL platforms.

It may be a bug on iOS. 🤷‍♀️ I don't have an iOS device and I can't check it on myself.

@PrettyBubbles contacted our manager so he could check with the studio. We are waiting for a response from our manager and will get back to you.

Hi @lisadh ! I'm sorry that you don't have a camera icon. Unfortunately, the option of changing the image of your avatars is not available for the players who signed up through their Apple account. The only solution I can propose is to switch to a King account. If it sounds good to you, I can reset a new King account to the level you're currently on in BW3. 🙂
