@johamilton @PrettyBubbles - I did not know there was a thread for the same issue I had a few days ago. I posted my comments in Support. Anyway, I am back but all the boosters were lost. My GBs remained the same.
Hi KC, I am sorry you lost your boosters. We, as MoD's cannot do anything about that, but please use this linkποΈContact Us and let them know what happened. Hopefully due to the issue they can help you out. If by any chance they are boosters that you have purchased, they will most definately will help with those type of boosters. Be sure you add your King ID.π
Hopefully you can resolve this problem soon because I'm also in the Bug Menu π
All issues were finally resolved late this morning. Sorry about the personal information. The cut and paste was for King Support and it carried over to this thread. Oy!

You can see the update from out cm please go to your Microsoft store or play store depending on your device and update your game then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two and please if on pc make sure it is updated to Windows ten or above π

When I click on Let's go, another page opens to install BW3S π€

Ik heb de Microsoft Store geopend en BW3S geupdated. PC uitgeschakeld en opnieuw opgestart.
Als ik dan BW3S wou starten kreeg ik het volgende beginscherm :
Nu kan ik niets meer doen. Het enige wat ik nog kan doen is op Let's Go klicken maar dan wordt de Microsoft Store geopend om de app opnieuw te installeren.
Afmelden lukt ook niet meer.
