Why aren’t my stars converting to stardust?

My star counter is stuck at 15/15 and it hasn’t changed to stardust. When I finish a level nothing happens. It’s been like if for about a week. Any ideas?

Can I just check that you are talking about the little house at the bottom of the screen? Once it reaches 15 and converts, have you clicked on it to see if there is anything waiting to upgrade in Stella's house? Sometimes that gives mine a kick.
Could you let us know which device you have as it sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. Make sure your progress is backed up either with Facebook or the Kingdom first though

Hi @Chicken_Slayer - thanks for answering. And @PummyRaj Yes I mean the little house at the bottom. It is stuck on 15/15 regardless of how many new levels I complete and if I tap it, I’m taken to Stella’s house. There is nothing being upgraded at the moment. The star dust counter is working when I tap faeries but the stars aren’t converting at all. I’m playing on an iPad and logged in on Facebook.1

I tried it @Chicken_Slayer and the game reset but the counter is still stuck at 15/15 regardless of how many levels I complete. I am nearly at the end of a chapter. Maybe that will trigger it into action?0

Possibly, I think i had this issue but reinstalling the game helped so I am sad it hasn't worked
Can you find your player ID for me and could you add a screenshot and I am going to pass it on to the community manager to have a look at. See if she has any suggestions and if not, she can ask the studio if they have had other players with the issue Let me know if you need help with finding your ID
