Why aren’t my stars converting to stardust?

Can I just check that you are talking about the little house at the bottom of the screen? Once it reaches 15 and converts, have you clicked on it to see if there is anything waiting to upgrade in Stella's house? Sometimes that gives mine a kick.
Could you let us know which device you have as it sounds like we need to do some troubleshooting. Make sure your progress is backed up either with Facebook or the Kingdom first though

I am having the same issue I have uninstalled it all of the tips and nothing has worked. I'm playing on my cell phone which is an android gamer ID 10805988725.

The counter is now stuck at 15/15 again and not working...

The problem is back on my game too - the counter is stuck at 14/15 now and won’t increase

I have the same problem. The stars stay at 15/15 and I do not get the 1000 stardust. No matter how many more levels I complete, I do not get the stars for it.

Possibly, I think i had this issue but reinstalling the game helped so I am sad it hasn't worked

Can you find your player ID for me and could you add a screenshot and I am going to pass it on to the community manager to have a look at. See if she has any suggestions and if not, she can ask the studio if they have had other players with the issue

I tried it @Chicken_Slayer and the game reset but the counter is still stuck at 15/15 regardless of how many levels I complete. I am nearly at the end of a chapter. Maybe that will trigger it into action?

I've had the same issue & was just coming here to say the same thing. I've completed almost 2 chapters since I last received credit & probably close to 45+ stars, so 3000 stardust.

I have uninstalled twice but still not corrected.

I contacted support a few days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them other then they got my orginal message but I did let them know that several people are having the issues. Wish they would do something.

My stars are not converting to star dust. It's stuck at 15 & I cannot upgrade anything in the treehouse since the stars are not counting.
Issues started as soon as the new challenge started
I've sent emails to support & I receive information about not getting any lives from friends. Frustrated. Have played this game for years.

Don't worry, it will all add up after the League challenge finishes...They are converting, only you can't see it while the challenge is on...

I have the same problem. It started when the league challenge began. It went for several series and then all of it showed up but when the counter went to 15/15 again it hasn't moved or added any dust to my stash. Cannot the glitch be fixed. The other messages had a user id listed. How do I find out what my user ID is?
