Flynn's chest

I log in religiously each day, give lives, do the fairy thing, but there have been numerous times that when Flynn's chest appears, and say, I'm at level 25 or 35, it goes right back to the start! Today, about 30 mins ago, I was able to get back up to 30 and then shows level 30 and regressed back to one! Has anyone had this same thing occur? Please HELP?!!!!!!!

hi @LINDARAZOR1 ! i haven't had problems with flynn's chest myself. usually after i reach the chest, there is a key i have to reach to open it. π₯

@LINDARAZOR1 hi can you tell me what game you are playing please and I can see if I can help ππ I know the chest and key is a feature in bubble witch 3 it's the levels changing that make think it may be s different game with a similar feature ππ

It just shows up automatically, then shakes, do Press it....but lately i get to certain levels, and restarts.....and I log in each day on the dot!

It pops up....then shakes, then click it....but many times once hits level or day 21or ,22, just goes all the way back.......and I log in roughly around the same time each day....

@LINDARAZOR1 hi thanks for that there has been a few who have experienced this issue you will need do the first steps which are make sure your game is saved first then check for updates in play store or equivalent then log out and restart your device if it doesn't work then unfortunately it's a uninstall and reinstall and log out and restart your device again in order to keep your progress this does work but the down side is you will loose your boosters. Other than that its just a case of ignoring it. Please give me your feedback on this ππ
