Are you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom? Also where are you playing the game - mobile or desktop?

thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, none of the troubleshooting you suggested does help. The game keeps crashing. Sometimes when I start playing a level (i'm in level 932). Sometimes at the end of the level. I'ts a pity, but now it is no fun playing anymore. I hope there are Some other suggestions. I play the game on an IPad 2, with more than 3 Gb of spare space. And everything is updated to the latest version..

I have tried everything and nothing works so far, I can't even join the forum because of the laggy iPad interface (I now used my iPhone to fulfill that).
I also tried all the alternatives, I had to create this account to look for help.
I resetted every setting, even changed the performance and improved the iPad a lot.
But there's still no improvement in the performance of the usage of my King Apps, BubbleWitch2 and Papa Pear keep crashing after a couple seconds of being opened, I can't even make it to the levels screen.
It seems to be an iPad Mini 1 (MD529LL/A), with about 25 GB of free space.
I'm afraid it might be the fact it is an old model, but since I restored it to its factory settings and then lowered all the performance consuming options, I hoped for a better outcome.
After several attempts, nothing worked, I think the solution will be acquiring a new device...
