Apple iOS backup profile questions
Hi, I use the Apple iOS option to save my game progress, but I can’t figure out how to change my in game profile picture and name. Is it not possible when using Apple for backup? I can’t find this information anywhere and support just keeps sending me to the community, so I hope someone can help. Thanks!

Ads failing
When I click to view the ads, to gain more bubbles at the end of a game, the second or third ad has started to crash over the last week. The message is "oops something went wrong", and the game ends.
