How do I accept or reject answers to questions I asked?

How do I accept or reject answers to questions I asked? I keep getting notifications that I asked questions that now have answers, but I don't know how I'm supposed to accept or reject them because there isn't a button that says accept or reject.

Whenever someone answers your question, you will see this below the comment (and you will now see it below my answer ):



You can then select what you think is right. Note that you only get this when you ask a question. It does not show when you start a discussion.

I can't receive lives, at first I couldn't give or receive so I did what's on the chat and uninstall and reinstall it again but this time I had to start from the beginning again and now I can give but I not receiving.....help me please
