You have to buy the piggy bank when it is full. It's not free, you have to spend real money.
Do you get an error message? If so, what does it look like? do you have a screenshot that shows your problem?
You are still NOT telling me how to unlock it when it's full!
It doesn't tell me how to open it!! Why???

I understand your frustration, but please be aware that the gold bars you collect in the Piggy Bank are not free -- they must be purchased with cash.
On another note, there are opportunities to win gold bars in the contests we hold in this community. Check out our Contests section to see what challenges are available now.
Also, please be aware that this forum is not a direct link to the Technical Support team. As fellow players, we try to answer your questions. If we determine there is a technical issue with the game that involves multiple players, we will contact Technical Support to get the issue resolved.

My piggy bank says the same thing as carob93; never showed the message to open it to use the gold bars.
This is what mine says and it won’t let me unlock anything without paying! Help!
