When I switched to a new phone and logged into my game, it appears that the boosters I had disappeared.  Everything else is fine.. but instead of 3 lollipops and two stripped  lollipops and one wrapped I have zero

    Hi @brandanimo and welcome to our Community 😊 You should know that boosters are saved on your device'd storage, not on King's servers. This way you can have your boosters even when you are offline. It unfortunately means when you change your device you lose all the boosters. You can read more about it here, where you have some tips on safeguarding your boosters https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/177871/safeguarding-your-collected-boosters

    I hope this helps. Enjoy your game 🍭

    I'm about ready to upgrade my phone. I think this is ridiculous that you loose all of the things you've purchased and/or earned just because of a change in the physical device you play on. I'm at the top of Friends, and near the top on Saga and Soda. Shame, shame, shame on you!! You just lost a very good customer.

    @jfmaster Hi and welcome,

    It is possible to back up your device to a cloud storage and restore your new device from this and it keeps your boosters etc. i have done this with iphone. It is just something the community can guarantee will work. Check google out as there are a couple of ways to do this

    Thanks for the info! Do you know if Samsung Smart Switch will work? I'm upgrading from an S10+ to a S21 Ultra. There are many ways to do a backup & restore, so was just wondering. Thanks again!

    Forgot to add there is also Verizon Cloud, so I'm looking at both of these methods.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
