How to fix issues w/ progress and gifts

My progress is not synching w/ my avatar. I've been passing phases but my face is not following my progress. I need to roll the screen till the next world to get to my current stage. I'm also not getting the gifts from winning the levels that I suposed to get. Both problems started at the same time. What can I do to fix?

If you look at the level your avatar keeps going to does it have stars? You may need to replay it. See this for more info.

I am sorry you are having issues. Please see this post for sending and receiving lives. It is where you can post so the community manager looking at this issue can see them together and where updates for issues will be posted.5
