Hi and thanks for responding to both of you... My android version is 9 and I tried everything you wrote me @mysticalmysty but the problem remains the same.... 😔

Please note that the last resort is to uninstall the game but unfortunately if you do so you will lose all of the boosters. That's why I advise trying the steps above first. And please check if you have at least 2 GB of free memory as it is required for the game to run smoothly. Thank you for your understanding. I hope this will solve your problem.
