I requested life's from my friends and they told me they do not get them. How do I fix the problem

If you sent request successfully then your game is ok. Do you got lives or request from them?

Unfortunately, the "Lives" issue was not solved to all of the players!!!  And I think you and I are some of those players!!

Hey @Pummy Raj 🖐️ Would you be able to help me and add me to your friends list?! I can send lives, yet not receive. Which I don't mind... except for those certain days lol But thank you for that information!!

There is still issue with Lives in Candy Friends game.  Even-though, it's fixed for some of the players, others are still having the issue!!  Hopefully, all the players will have the fix and see lives in the near future in their games!

Can you please post few details:
1) Device you are using to play the game;
2) Are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account;
3) Your game user ID number... please follow this link to find it  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/247378/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it
