Daily bonus not giving correct ammounf of things

Im only getting one thing building up from purple daliy bonus when I normally get 6 things this also happens from other daily bonus gift boxes, I've added screenshot from the purple daily bonus for you too see what I mean, I'm playing on mobile phone connected to fb account.

Hello @Graeme_London 🤗. I have noticed that sometimes I get 2 items and sometimes I get 6 but I have never had just 1 . It may be a glitch. I'm going to tag a couple of our superstars @Foley1362 and @firebombmarkus and @Alansmart . They have helped me from day one and may be able to help you with this. Hi @Graeme_London I am not sure why is this happening. I can tell you to do those basic things like clearing the cache and checking the device's memory (you need at least 2 GB of free space for the game to work properly). You can also try to log out from your game account and log in again. Let me know if it helped. If it doesn't, please tell me which device and OS you are using for playing this game. Thank you.

I’m having the same issues.. on the daily rewards I now only get 1 item.. even the big daily rewards one give 1 item... help0 -

This game is more demanding and your device is a little bit older. It requires at least 2 GB of free memory in order to work properly so that also might be something worth pointing out. Anyway, you can try the troubleshooting steps, you can clear the cache and as the last option you can reinstall the game but if you do so you will lose all your boosters. I hope these steps can help you.1 -
It's probley a lack of ram then I've been looking at new phones recently, do all the candy crush games require 2gb to run smoothly @firebombmarkus0

@Graeme_London As far as I know they do. Friends Saga is even more advanced so it might require even 3 GB. I will tag our Community Manager @QueenMia and we will see if she can tell us more details.
