I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! I have not heard anybody else complaining / posting having this issue!!
The problem could be in your device!! Try few trouble-shooting steps first.... 1) Close the game App ---> Disconnect from Internet ---> Clear Cache ---> shutdown & restart the device after 5 to 10 min... this works for all devices for certain issues.
3) If none of these work, deleting and reinstalling the game App will definitely clear all the bugs and your game will work fine. But only issue is we loose all our Lollipops with this process and they will not be reimbursed by the King Team -- But, keep this as the last resort and try above 2 first.
