I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!! Have you tried any "Trouble shooting tips"? If not we can start with there!! What device are you using to play the game? I am giving few links below, please follow those depending on your device
If the above steps does not resolve the issue, you can try to Delete and Reinstall your game App! But, the minus point with this option is, you will be loosing all your stocked up Lollipops and they will not be reimbursed by the King Team.
