Why am i not getting the lives my friends send me?

Im sitting here right next to my boyfriend and he has sent me at least 12 lives and i havent gotten any of them from him im watching him send them

I am sorry to hear about the Lives issue in your game!!  King team was looking in to the issue and worked very hard!! Because of that, the issue was resolved to some players and they now have extra Lives form friends!  

Can you please to to the main thread and post below details  to add your name to add you to the list..

Needed details from you...  1) Device you are using to play the game
2) Are you logged into the game through Facebook or Kingdom account
3) When did you update your game and what version do you have right now
4) We need your user ID Number;
5) Also a picture or recording of what happens when you try to send / ask lives;
6) If you cannot provide a recording, a detailed explanation of what is happening when you try to send/ask lives;
