Why when I tap on my bank, It says I have to buy an empty one first. This is the 2nd time I’ve asked the same question. Does anyone with Candy Crush even monitor this platform?

I’m not paying for an empty damn bank. **edited -offensive, rude** I was on a level 700. Had to start over from zero. That’s bad enough without charging me for an Empty bank.

IV filled that piggy bank numerous times then when you click pug it wants you to buy something 😕

You have addressed 2 issues in your post.  I will address both of them separately!

1) Piggy Bank --> Recently, King Team has made a change to the Piggy Bank as few players were having glitches .  With this NEW Piggy Bank, the players have to buy an empty Piggy bank first for the same price --> play the game normally, and the Piggy converts our gained stars into Gold Bars and save with it -->  And we have to simply break the Piggy and collect those Gold Bars once it is full.  I do not have this feature in my game yet, hence I cannot give you complete details!!

2) Going back to level 1 -->  Sometimes, we do loose our level progress when we change our device or reinstall the game App for some unknown reasons!!
