Why am I stuck on day 1 when I log in?

I play every and haven't missed but a few days ago I was reset even though I didn't miss a day. And now um stuck on day 1. 4 days now!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in  your game!!  That is a strange and a new issue I have heard since I have been here!!  By any chance, did you take screenshots when you have been collecting Day 1 gifts?   

First of all, I would like to make sure that it is "Candy Friends" game you are talking about!!  If you can give me your game ID, I will elevate this issue to our Community Manager and they will be able to look into the issue and shed some light on it for you!

Hello @DLM1169 and welcome to our friendly community.  I'm sorry to hear that you appear to be stuck only getting the day 1 reward. You should be getting the next reward each day.  It helps if you play at a similar time each day because sometimes if you played very early and then the next day you played very late, the game may think another day has gone by.  Can you please provide your game ID so we can look into the issue?  The link below can help you find out how to get your game ID: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest
