Hi @pluisje - Try force closing out of your game. Clear your cache and cookies. Power off your device for at least 30 seconds. Then power back up and login to see if that resyncs the game for you. Let me know if that doesn’t work.

Hai @Foley1362, I did everything you asked me to do,I didn’t work the only that’s worked is delete the game and then I downloaded it again en yes it works well again for now, when I have troubles again I late You know ! thanks for your advice !
Hi again @pluisje - I was worried about that which is why NEVER recommend deleting & re-Installing the app as a last resort only.
Were these purchased boosters? Do you happen to have a photo of how many you had of each? I can ask our CM to review this but can’t promise anything. I will need your used Id to provide her the info. Let me know if you need help finding that.
