But, have you tried the steps for rebooting your network like our Community Manager @QueenMia suggested? If so, what was the result? Did it not help you anyway?
I'm sorry to hear you had issues again. From what I can see, the 12 GB you've purchased have been added to your balance and you now have a total of 17 GB in your game. So that went through. Or are you referring to another purchase maybe?

As for the network steps, as @PummyRaj mentioned, can you please let us know if you've tried them?
Thanks for the replies , it's not showing on my game being as the green circle has returned and I can only see 5 bars if I do as @PummyRaj asks will I lose anything on my phone ?
