I missed my chewing gum monster update

I unintentionally uninstalled my game and when I installed it again the chewing gum show update didn't come back I was almost done and it was 7 days left to finish

The Community Manager mentioned that it would be better and convenient if all the complaints stay in one place, which makes complete sense, isn't it? 

Once going to that thread, simply tap on "Type your Comment" box just like how you were doing here, and post both the details.  You can simply copy and paste from here

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the event on your device because of the re-installation!!  Please provide your game user ID number with the help of This LINK, so that I can bring it to our Friends Community Manager's attention.

By any chance, did you take any screenshot(s) of the progress of the event?  If so, please post them along with your game ID! 

** IF you tap on "Type your Comment" box located below, you will be able to write back.  And if you tap on "Attach Image" icon located in the tool-bar (a little farther to Emoticon), you will see an option of "Choose Files" to upload the pictures from your device

unfortunately I couldn't get my phone crashed and crashed some programs including my games
but it was almost over with almost 3,000 points
100 left to win the gum monster

I will escalate about this issue to our Friends Community Manager and request them to see what they can do to assist you to bring the BGT event back to you
