Hi again @bidibird - yes all reward boxes have time limits on them. Please make sure your game is up to date and you have force closed and cleared your cache and cookies every couple of days to help free up memory space on your device. 🙏🏻

Why do I get an error message every time I try to open gift box ? It says oops something went wrong try again.TY I guess it is a reward box.It has a time limit .

It keeps saying no internet connection every time I try to open the gift box in the upper right corner. Even though I am very much connected to the internet. It's very frustrating!!
