Where is they go?

Level 1

Yesterday I had 4 pink, 4 striped, 3 gold lollipops. Logged on today the icons are missing. Where did they go? Can they be reinstated?

    Hello @geriberri and welcome to our community.  Wow - I can certainly understand your dismay about the loss of all those boosters.  There are a few things you can do first - please make sure you have a good and steady internet connection.  Sometimes that can cause a temporary glitch in your game.  Also make sure you have cleared your cache and have the most recent update and then restart whatever platform you are playing on (PC or mobile). Hopefully that will cause your missing boosters to reappear.

    If that doesn't help, you can send a request to the support team but if these were boosters that you have won, I'm not sure they can 'find and restore' them to you.  But they might see if you have some sort of glitch that might cause this to happen again.  Community Support will want to know what platform including model and software version you are playing on as well as your game ID.
