What the hell is going on?

Ever since i hit 1000 its been glitching. I spent my money on gold and today i used 9 gold to refill my lives. It took the gold but i didnt receive my lives. I feel like i been stole from. If my gold isnt replaced i will never play this game again!

Hello @jaishon12 -  Do you mean you didn't get the 5 extra moves you paid for?  I don't know of any way to spend gold bars for lives in Candy Crush Friends.  Anyway, I am sorry to hear you didn't get your extra moves.   I'm not sure if the studio can verify whether you received the extra moves or not - but they should be able to verify you made the purchase of gold bars and if you follow the link below, it will walk you through how to try and get what you purchased.

I think they're referring to the Refill Lives option, not the +5 moves.
