New device-lost powerups

All my progress synced on my new phone but all my powerups I've earned are gone!

Hello @TwistedJaney Hearty Welcome to our friendly King Community  

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your saved up lollipops from your game!!  Unfortunately, loosing our boosters is the side-affect when we uninstall & reinstall the game App(s)!!  It is because the boosters are saved to the device memory but not to the game.  So, when we delete the App, entire data that pertains to the game gets deleted too
