    I am sorry to hear that you have did not receive Yeti Santa's costume!!  Did you not receive any gift on the last day -- which was on the Sunday?

    Please head to the main thread, where we are collecting details of the players, who have had the same issue  --->  "Did Not Receive Santa Yeti" 

    and provide below details::
    1) your game user ID number  -- this link will help you --->  "Find Game ID Number"
    2) Device you are using
    3) Version you have
