It shows several hours before I can get any lives, how do I fix this? Help!?

Hello @Queen1227 and welcome to our friendly community. I am sorry you are experiencing this problem.
As you are aware, you start out with 5 lives every time you start to play Candy Crush Friends and once you have used those lives, unless you have extra lives that friends give you, it should take 30 minutes to generate a new life. It definitely shouldn't take several hours to get a new life.
The first thing you want to do is make sure you have the latest version of the game. You also want to clear your cache. Once you have done both those things - you need to turn off your device (mobile or PC) for at least 10-15 seconds and then start it up again.
