Kimmy searches for her special sunglasses

Tiffi is so excited and cannot wait to share Jenny’s ideas for New Year’s Eve.

“Dad, Jenny wants to know if we would like to join her and her uncle for New Year’s Eve,” Tiffi says.  “She said that she is going to be with her uncle so the two of you can spend some time together.  She suggested that we might be interested in going to New York City or Barcelona for their fireworks.  Kimmy, I know that you will be with us in whatever we do.”

 

Kimmy gets so excited at the idea of seeing the fireworks.  She runs into the bedroom to look for her special sunglasses.  She wants to be prepared just in case the fireworks are too bright for her eyes.

 

Mr. Toffee likes the idea of seeing his best friend, but he is hesitant about going to these cities with all the crowds.  He knows that New York City is very cold at this time of year.  He goes online and checks the weather predictions for New Year’s Eve.
