Purchased a piggy bank but it did not unlock after my purchase.

I purchased a piggy bank about a week ago and it never unlocked after my purchase. so I don't know what to do I don't want to repurchase it if I've already bought it.

Hello @mabreckling and welcome to our friendly community.  Candy Crush Friends is unique in the fact you buy your Piggy bank when its empty and then once you win enough levels you should be able to access your gold bars.  The bank changes its look when it is full.  Is your bank full and you cant get it to release the gold bars?
