But can you elaborate how this issue occured ?

If you want to elaborate it, try answering these questions:

1. Are you a new user? If yes then On which game and on which level did this issue occured. 

2. If no then is this the first time this has occurred? On which game and on which level did this issue occured?

3. Mention your device details such as Android or Ios or Windows. Also Mention which version you have installed.

4. Mention your King id by Clicking on king while logging in king account on your device. 

You will be helped as much as we can.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Can you please provide few details...  

1) Which level you have experienced this issue in? 
2) Is it one of the "Special Level of Jelly Queen" OR the regular game levels?  
3) Did you have the "Friendly Charged Boosters" when you started the level? 
4) Were you kicked out as soon as entering into the level OR did you play for few moves?
