All boosters lost

I have lost all of my boosters! I had 23 'Aces' (removes all blockers in the way) 18 see the next card and 24 start the level with cards face up. Also my extra cards of which I had 12 packs have disappeared!! please replace these as I have spent a lot of money on this game and earned a lot of boosters.

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.
It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

We do not replace items that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support Team here, so they can help.

I am very unhappy with your response. I know how the game works I'm near the end it, been playing for a long time. I have NOT deleted and reinstalled, my Wi-Fi is fine.. my boosters disappeared and I have logged in and out and still nothing. I feel you should do something to help me. This is unfair.
