Can you please do something for me.... Log out and close the App ---> Turn off WiFi ---> Restart your device after shutting it down for 2-3 minutes. You should see the Gift box now in the game!

Please let me know if you still have not received those gifts!

You do mean log out of the game. I accidentally did that when I first started playing and when I logged back in I had to start from the beginning.
