Hi and welcome, it looks like you're coming along nicely 🤗. Good question..... Unfortunately Jelly Queen is only available by playing a special event in CCFS. 🍭🍬Due to not keeping up with updates 🤭 I missed her premier and a few other costume changes. Same for Olivia, 🐙 but I did luck out a couple months ago when they had the Olivia event again....yay! It's been awhile for me and don't quote me on this but I think it's in the 500-600 range of levels when you complete getting all of the available stickers ( characters) for your scrapbook📙, after that the only way for new characters or costumes is an event. If this has changed, someone please correct my information. 😊

@Sofia1992 Your original tips and the ones added by others are very instructional and would help many of us play more effectively. I’m team leader on (Uncle Bob’s) Dachs Delivery Service team, and is there any way that I could send a direct link to this thread to my team members so that they would have the information to improve their success in CCFS? Some members seem to be struggling and I don’t know how I can help them as there is no method of communication from team leader to team members that I can find. But if I COULD find a method, I would want to send them a link to this thread to help their playing.

@Margie_Avila Could you possibly post a complete screenshot of the playing grid for Level 315 and tell us what helpers are offered (Yeti,Odus, Tifi…..)? That would help any of us give advice/guidance on how to approach it.
(I at Level 315 a couple years back , but am now at 4423 and cannot feasibly scroll back 4,000 levels to check it out first-hand.)
