Tiffi, our little 6-year old girl, is out looking for some new adventure. She arrives at Eggnog Emporium and as she passes the toy store she hears crying inside. The door is unlocked so she goes inside to find out who is crying.
As she approaches the clown puppet hanging, she sees this nutcracker soldier sitting on the floor crying.
“Why are you crying?,” she asks him.
He tells her that he found some nuts in a bowl and he decided to eat one. When he tried cracking the nut he felt this really sharp pain in his mouth. Tiffi takes a look at him and realizes that he broke his jaw. She knows just what to do and she knows exactly where to look in the store to find what she needs. She dresses up as a fairy and fixes his jaw with some sugarplum magic.
Jean-Luc is now free of pain!
“Thank you,” he says. “My name is Jean-Luc and I really appreciate you helping me. What can I do to repay you?”
Tiffi introduces herself to him and they get to know each other a little better. He is 8 years old and he’s an optimist and charming. Much like Tiffi, Jean-Luc loves helping others, and he does so with great finesse – as long as he’s helping with either cracking nuts or wrapping presents.
She asks him where he lives, and he tells her that he just arrived here and has no clue what this town is all about. She suggests that he come home with her.
