Back at home, Tiffi opens up her laptop. She is so excited that she will be a co-author. She starts to think of what to name the story. Just then Mr. Toffee opens the front door. In his hands is this huge Easter basket for her and two more baskets for the twins. He asks Tiffi how her day was with Elsa.

“Elsa told me that I can co-author this story,” she says. She told me to send her all the information once I finish gathering all the facts. I was just searching online for a title name. I found these four titles but I kind of like “Me and My shadow”. But then I think I also like “It’s a twin thing”.  Thanks for my Easter basket.”

Mr. Toffee gets out a book of names and begins to look for a story name. Tiffi decides to get back to her googling because she can’t wait for Elsa to create the new story.

Twins are more likely to be left-handed. The handedness of twins has long been studied and debated, but the general consensus is that while about 10 percent of the general population is left-handed, that number is higher among twins. For example, in one 2009 study published in the journal Neuropsychologia of 30,161 Finnish subjects between the ages of 18 and 69, left-handedness was more common in twins (8.1 percent) than in triplets (7.1 percent) and single borns (5.8 percent).

Dogs can tell the difference between identical twins. While twins may confuse us humans, canines can sniff out their differences. In a 2011 study published in the journal PLOS One, German shepherd police dogs were presented with the scents of identical twins. Then, they were then able to find the exact matches among jars that contained scents from other people that were meant to distract them. Though the dogs were already trained to track down individual scents, according to the report, they were able to pick out twins "even if they live in the same household and eat the same food," two things that make up our own personal perfumes. (Info from here

That’s it! Tiffi has found more than enough information for the story so she emails them to Elsa and then heads on over to her Easter basket for some goodies.

Let's continue with the next part of our story – Elsa creates the new story

Start at the beginning – Tiffi co-authors another story – It’s a twin thing! (Sequel to "The story of Jean-Luc")

If you have not yet read the story of how Nutcracker learns that he has a twin, then please read The story of Jean_Luc first.
