my login streaks are constantly "interrupted" even though I login every day

Hello, I login in to the game every day, but very often the "streak" counter is reset & I go back to day one. How can I stop that from happening? Is there a set time I must log in by? When does the timer start & end for the day?

The timer starts and ends at midnight. Are you using more than one device to play the game, and/or are you playing through Facebook? It sounds like you're not synced.

Only play online via Facebook, no other devices. I may play one day in the morning then the next in the afternoon or in the evening. But it is VERY rare if I skip a day.

Go ahead and follow those instructions and sync it with a King login. You might want to force stop your app, turn off your phone for a couple of minutes, and then look for a new update, too. But be sure to sync it. I only use my King login because it is way more stable than logging in through Facebook. I stopped playing any games through Facebook.
