Fern walks into the next room where some of the cats are playing.

“There is Clover, Dixie, Ginger, Dazzler and Matcha,” Fern says. “A cat can jump as much as seven times its height. A pack of kittens is called a kindle, while a pack of adult cats is called a clowder.  A cat's tongue is scratchy because it's lined with papillae—tiny elevated backwards hooks that help to hold prey in place. Cats have better memories than dogs. Tests conducted by the University of Michigan concluded that while a dog's memory lasts no more than 5 minutes, a cat's memory can last as long as 16 hours—exceeding even that of monkeys and orangutans.”  (Info here)

“Oh no, Rachel are you allergic to cats?” questions Tiffi. 

Rachel has never been around a cat before, so she has no clue. Her eyes start itching so Fern suggests that they leave the room.
