Rancid looks at his phone and can’t believe how quickly the afternoon went. They just have one more method to discuss. 

Reward yourself for small steps. Give yourself a healthy treat when you’ve achieved a small goal or milestone. 

“Now we get to the good part,” Rancid says. “Always remember to reward yourself! Do something special for yourself even if it’s only a tiny change. You love music and dancing so reward yourself by taking the time to listen to music. Or maybe take a dance class. You are important and don’t you ever forget that! Don’t let the players get you to the breaking point. You are doing the best that you can do. Think of it this way too. The players can also be frustrated because they can’t clear a level. They might be taking it out on you so let it go………………. As @firebombmarkus says ‘Let it go……………” 

She has one final question for her best friend. 

“Rancid, please answer this question for me,” Jelly Queen says. “How are you managing to hold off your urges of wanting to steal cropsies again? I know that both of us are alike and we both struggle with this, so are you using these methods that we just read?” 

Rancid gives her a smile and tells her that love conquers all. He hasn’t had any urges since he met the love of his life. And now that he his dimples, he doesn’t ever want to go back to those old ways again.
