I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
By any chance, are you having this issue in the original Candy Crush Saga game OR the Candy Friends game?
Just would like to make sure and confirm, as this issue is well known in Candy Crush and the game team is checking into it too.
If it is the Friends game, I have not seen other complaints about the same! So, the issue could be limited to your device / game only! If you can show me a screenshot of the message that pops-up or what happens when you try to buy, that would be even more helpful.
