Restore My Game

Hello,
I was the highest level playing person until my game reset and took me back to the 2000s when accepted the update of terms. I have tried other options but it is not working such logging off and on into my account, and trying to do game update in AppStore. Luckily I took a pic a couple of days before even if itโs restored to a level 7000 I will be happy or the level shown in the pic.

It is OK if the players post in a different game section. We can always request the Community Managers to move that thread to the category where it belongs. And Superstars cannot do that ๐
I have already sent request a request to the CM about this ๐๏ธ

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the level progress in your game!
Since you have not specified the device you are using to play the game, I am including 2 links to use on Apple device and Android device as well, to restore your level progress.
1) Restore the Level progress on Apple / iOS device
2) Restore game progress on ANDROID devices

Can you do me a favor and give me your game ID number?
If you click on "Profile" tab, you will see your name, the way you logged in, etc., Double click on the "King Emblem" that is located in the top of the page and you will your ID number.
