The fish are biting

What a beautiful lake! Nice warm weather! It’s a perfect day for fishing. But are the fish biting?  

“Oh, I think I got a fish,”  

Yeti says as he starts reeling in the line.  

“Oh, it got away,” he says. “So Rancid, how is your puppy doing? Mr. Toffee is loving his puppy and he’s trying to convince me to get one for me and Jenny. I’m not sure that I will have free time available to tend to a puppy’s needs.” 

Rancid tells him that puppies are not that difficult to take care of. He is so happy that Rachel brought home that cute little puppy. Rachel ……………. He loves her so much. He wishes that she would have accepted his marriage proposal but maybe she will soon. 

“I caught a fish,” says Chewy.  

Guess the fishing are biting today because all three of the men caught fish. Yeti catches another fish! Rancid does too! Wow they will have quite a bit of fish for lunch.  

“Are you guys hungry yet?” questions Chewy. “I think I’m starting to get hungry, but I am enjoying this beautiful weather. Let’s stay here a bit longer and then we’ll go back to our campsite to cook the fish. 

Chewy and Yeti start to talk about Father’s Day. Yeti thanks Chewy again for the money to take a few days to go somewhere with his best friend Mr. Toffee.  

“Have you guys decided where you want to go yet?” Chewy questions. 

Yeti tells him that they haven’t discussed it yet. He doesn’t want to leave Rancid out of the conversation, so he shares with him what they did for Father’s Day.
