Who knows the secret?

As the love parrots share a kiss, they hear Minty Lion and Monkling having a conversation. They have to share this secret with him!
“Are you brave?“ Minty Lion says. “Can you scare these m-monsters away? Haven't you h-heard of the b-b-butterfly effect?“
“Why are you so scared Minty Lion?” questions Monkling. “You’re a lion and lions are fierce and strong, not scared like you are. How about I do this for you. I sing, I act, I clean. Nothing I can't do really! Did you see me in Candy Knight? I swear it was my tail in the fight scene! I can sing you a song if that will make you feel better.“
The parrots interrupt their conversation to share the secret.
“Have you heard about the new Superstar program?” questions Mimi.
“We heard that it’s supposed to start in June,” says Binbin. “Or maybe it was in July or August. Mimi do you remember what the new start date is?”
What a total mess! No one can remember the start date. It’s bad enough that they are all sharing a secret that Kimmy swore she would never tell. But, they are also messing up the information about this program.
With that, Minty Lion perks up. Maybe I am not as frightened after all. Maybe Monkling is right! He lets out a huge roar and then a smile comes to his face. The birds fly off and Minty Lion decides to find something to eat.
He is so engrossed in what he can find to eat that he doesn’t realize that he left the forest. He looks around trying to figure out where he is when he sees Ms. Sugar Snout. When he is within hearing range he hears her talking out loud.
“You. Are. ADORABLE!“ she says. “And the trees are adorable, everything is ADORABLE! Don't forget to try the tea, it's almost as sweet as you.“
What is she talking about? A little while ago he was afraid of his own shadow and now she is telling him how adorable he is. He gets off the subject by telling her about the new program starting on 4 July. He mentions that the community managers are going to be adding more Superstars to the team. Right now, they have 17 and they plan on adding 5 more for a total of 22.
“Don’t tell anyone that I told you this,” says Minty Lion. “It’s a secret so please don’t share it with anyone.”
