Jenny asks to meet the king

The journey to find Chewy’s father is now in progress! Jenny and Yeti take off in their hot air balloon and follow the directions that Jelly Queen gave her. 

“Jenny I remember that I arrived in Candy Town around the same time that Tiffi fell into the Candy Kingdom,” Yeti says. “I heard about Cake Town and I remember Dachs talking about the volcano and how they had to leave. I sure hope that we find Chewy’s father. He was really sad on Father’s Day. Look up ahead, there is a castle. That must be the one that Jelly Queen saw. She is really great at giving directions. Let’s put the hot air balloon down over there.” 

Now that they have secured the hot air balloon, it’s time for the two of them to  knock on the castle door. The porter opens the front door. Jenny asks if the King is available. 

“My name is Jenny, and this is my Uncle Yeti,” Jenny says. “We would like to speak to the king because we might have some very important information for him. Do you know if he ever had a son?” 

The porter is not allowed to share confidential information with strangers who knock on their door. 

He escorts them inside and tells them to wait and he will see if the King has time to see them. Before he leaves, Yeti asks where the bathroom is. The porter points him in the direction and then goes off to talk to the King.  

Jenny looks around the entrance way. Wow this is a large castle! Yeti has not yet returned from the bathroom. Jenny hopes that he hasn’t lost his way.
